Tomeu Caldenteny
Tomeu Caldentey Soler (Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, 16 May 1972), the first Majorcan to receive a Michelin star. In the year 2000 he became the owner and manager of Es Molí d'en Bou. Since then he has stuck to one basic principle: to offer and deliver creative cooking based on Majorcan cuisine with a very personal vision.
